5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
