Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders
  2. Select the order containing the item you'd like to return and click "Request Return"
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging and attach the prepaid return label
  4. Drop off the parcel at any Australia Post location

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or product? Simply return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get the replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (fresh food, dairy, frozen items)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been opened or used (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
